Mission: The Kohanaiki Community Halau is a county facility that came in part from the party agreement between the County of Hawaii, Protect Kohanaiki Ohana, & Kohanaiki Shores LLC. The purpose of the Kohanaiki Community Halau is to provide a space for educational community events that perpetuates the Hawaiian culture prioritizing groups from the Kohanaiki Ahupua’a and greater Kona Community.
